Hot off the Press!!! - Just named an International Exceptional Woman of Peace for 2025 by the United Nations NGO affiliate, Pathways to Peace, Elaine Parke is our own MAKA Grami Dodi from West Virginia and she is also the Founder of All of Us, Inc., operating since 1993.
Nana Dee, also known as Deborah Tonken, is a grandmother from Maine and an internationally award-winning author and illustrator of family value books that emphasize kindness.
Together, they realized that, as grandmothers, they needed to take action to bring back American decency and kindness. And now, they invite all of us—you and me—to join the Kindness Revolution.

About Us
Become part of the first ever “Virtual Rally” for MAKA Kindness, right here on this website and covering all our social media feeds that you can share with your network of friends and family. It’s simple. Get your own MAKA hat, wear it as a Beacon of Kindness to inspire those around you and send us a selfie wearing your hat, with your first name and state. Prizes will be awarded to each of the MAKA Beacons of Kindness in the state with the largest number of beacons by the end of 2025.
Launched by Grandmothers Unite: MAKA – Make America Kind Again is designed to mobilize All of Us to come together and demand more mutually respectful and civilized public dialogue from our leaders and public influencers.

This is the Grandmothers Unite MAKA – Make America Kind Again Movement but you don’t have to be a grandmother or even a woman to kick in your part to bring back kindness to America. Keep reading for more about how to be a MAKA Beacon of Kindness and have some fun along the way.
We know that our children are listening and when we uplift public discourse, the issues that may divide us, will be less likely to bring harm. In a recent informal survey of students. More than 90% said they feel sad and bad about the language being used today.
Yes, it's time for a new hat in America – a MAKA hat! Our children ARE listening, and they need us to push back against the decline in language. We are all being influenced by what we hear and we can help by becoming “Beacons of Light.” Become mindful language observers with us and champion Kindness, no matter what our age. It is indeed Time for a New Hat. Get yours now and shine your light.

Send an “Offensive Language Citation” to public offenders for their toxic language. Download as many as you like. and flood their mailboxes with citations that you heard their toxic language and are standing up for civil discourse. Tag your favorite rude politician, pundit, journalist, influencer. Print out a stack and give then to your friends. Call them out for being awful!
